Community Social Support Program

Participation in a movement and resilience program at the H4H Training Centre for those with a disability to maintain health and well-being Specialised programs for each client to suit their needsThe H4H social support program assists those who want to engage in a community activity.Assists participants who want to join and participate at the H4H Training Centre with all abilities welcomed. Sessions are with a First Nations Coaches and these sessions are booked with just the client so this space is just for you to use​
