Community Social Support Program

• Participation in a movement and resilience program at the H4H Training Centre for those with a disability to maintain health and well-being

• Specialised programs for each client to suit their needs

• The H4H social support program assists those who want to engage in a community activity.

• Assists participants who want to join and participate at the H4H Training Centre with all abilities welcomed

• Sessions are with a First Nations Coach

• These sessions are booked with just the client so this space is just for you to use
