Welcome to the H4H Academy – a powerful, long-running program that’s been inspiring young people in the Northern Suburbs of Darwin since 2019. Designed for 10–16 year olds, this free weekly academy is led by First Nations mentors and coaches and proudly supported by the NT Government Department of Territory Families with sponsorship from INPEX.

Through a mix of basketball fundamentals and high-energy fitness training, participants are pushed to step outside their comfort zone, build confidence, and strive for their personal best – on and off the court.
