Welcome to the H4H Academy, a vibrant program tailored for young talents aged 10-16 in Darwin. Conducted by First Nations mentors and coaches, and supported by the NT Government Department of Territory Families, this free weekly initiative integrates basketball fundamentals with fitness training. Participants are challenged to excel, pushing beyond their comfort zones to achieve peak performance.

All you need to bring is a water bottle :)
